Day 2 - Not a huge success, 2800 calories today. Tomorrow is a new day, the journey continues!

    Make better choices than the day before and your back to doing this! What's your calorie goal going to be?

  3. I just stumbled across this blog, and I immediately felt I understood what you are going through. All the pain...the self loathing...the feeling of failure. The constant roller coaster...and teh bliss of that great food in your mouth and on your lips...making everything better for the next 20 minutes...and then the guilt because you messed up again. Anyways...that's how I feel, and it is so discouraging. I just want to say that I think you are brave and that I admire what you are doing. Please keep up with the blog. And thank you for sharing.

    I'm JUST starting my journey, AGAIN...I plan to join you and hope you'll do the same. I am doing the exact same thing...I don't have a plan other than blogging...trying to surround myself others on their own journey...I really hope to hear from you...I need another pea in my pod! HA
