Oiling the machine

I've exercised two days in a row! Small feat but it is a mini victory. Its crazy how quickly you fall out of shape. No worries, I'm getting back in the game and putting on my tennies... if nothing else, I will keep moving my body!

To another day of excercise! One day at a time, one meal at a time!

  1. Yay! Every step in the right direction helps move us toward our goals - keep up the good work!! I'm so glad you got your groove back - I've loved watching your progress! I wish losing weight was like sledding down a hill, rather than like riding a roller coaster, but if it was easy, everyone would be thin, right? LOL

    Onward and downward! xx

  2. Good job! Do you wear a pedometer? I find it helps me to stay active. And to improve upon the previous day.

  3. You're right...when you haven't worked out in a while and then do it feels like you're starting all over again but I know from experience... instead of it taking weeks and months to get back to your previous states... it only takes a couple workouts to bounce back! Hang in there you're doing a great job by taking the positive steps!!

  5. I found your blog just recently as I have starting going through all the ones I see on other blogs. We have a lot in common stats-wise. Keep it up. I have to start working out again, but this week it's all about getting my eating back on track. Daylight savings has messed up my body majorly this week.
