Stir Fry Shrimp & Broccoli 275 Cal only 3.5g Fat
Ingredients
1 Bag Frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower
1 Bag Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables
3 Cups Precooked Frozen Salad Shrimp
1 Box Barilla Whole Wheat Pasta
1 TBSP Light Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Sweet Chili Sauce
2 TSP Garlic Powder (more to taste)
1 TBSP Extra Virgen Olive Oil
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper (less/more to taste)
Directions
1.Cook Barilla Whole Grain Pasta as instructed on box.
2.Heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in large skillet or wok. Add 1 Bag of Frozen Stir-Fry Vegetables, 1 Bag of Frozen Broccoli and Cauliflower and 1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 3 cups precooked frozen salad shrimp, 2 tsp garlic (more to taste) and 1 tsp cayenne pepper mix well cook another 2-3 minutes. Add 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce, 1 tsp water and cook an additional 5 minutes until mixture heated completely.
3.Serve Shrimp mixture over pasta, serves 8. ENJOY!
From frozen to cooked in no more than 15 minutes. Quick and easy dinner on nights you don't have much time to spend on feeding the family but would still like to sit down and enjoy each others company at the dinner table.
