Just try to stop after 12AM, or at least give your stomach a full 6 hours of rest. What's important is how many calories you consume total. Don't sweat the little stuff so soon in your weight loss journey (I read your first post I know you're starting again). I know c...Elizabeth, thank's for your support. I know coffee is such a weakness, maybe your next goal can from half&half to skim milk. I would really try the frapacinio/smoothie I mentioned in my blog (1 cup chopped ice, 1 tspn instant coffee (caf or decaf), 1/2 cup skim milk and two packets of artificial sweetner... it is delicious)<br /><br />As far as the Pizza, WOW, I am very proud of you... there is no way I could have stopped at half a slice.... you really did great. And let's not fool ourselves, it is going to take some time for our body to get comfortable with eating fewer calories, so don't beat yourself up. Like you said, one day at a time.<br /><br />I'm not sure why but today I have been soooo hungry. I am doing my best not to over do it but I've found myself walking in and out of the kitchen all night. I have gone from the french vanilla creamer to plain half&half and that helped a little, but I can't go without my coffee and I can't drink it black. Also tonight I made pizza for the kids because I had a meeting and I wanted to go to the Y for an evening workout, however I couldnt overcome the urge for a piece of pizza, although I only ate half a slice.
